Kettle::Dev supplies development and release tooling for Ruby gems. Requiring kettle/dev from a Rakefile installs tasks, while its command-line tools handle changelogs, releases, Git remotes, and commit hooks. Project scaffolding and template refreshes belong to the companion kettle-jem project.
